Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons: non-compliance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004.

  • C.9.1.1.1 – Not all non-text content presented to the user has a text alternative that serves the same purpose.
  • C.9.1.3.1 – In some cases, information, structure, or relationships conveyed through page presentation cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available through text).
  • C.9.1.3.2 – In some cases, where the sequence in which the content is presented affects its meaning, the sequence is visual only and not structural.
  • C.9.1.4.3 – The visual presentation of text and images containing text does not always meet the minimum contrast ratio required, except for specific exemptions (e.g., logos).
  • C.9.1.4.12 – When adjusting text spacing (line height, paragraph spacing, letter or word spacing), some information or content loss may occur.
  • C.9.1.4.13 – In some cases, when mouse hover or keyboard focus triggers visible content, there is no mechanism to dismiss the additional content without moving the pointer or focus, or the content disappears when the pointer is moved away.

  • C.9.2.5.3 – For some user interface components with labels that include text or images of text, the accessible name read by assistive technologies does not contain the visually presented text.
  • C.9.3.1.1 – The language of some pages is not defined.
  • C.9.3.3.1 – In some cases, when input errors are automatically detected, the erroneous element is not identified or the error is not described via text.
  • C.9.3.3.2 – In some cases, labels or instructions are missing when input actions are required from the user.
  • C.9.4.1.2 – In some cases, user interface components (e.g., form elements, links, script-generated components) have incorrect or missing names, roles, states, properties, or values, or assistive technologies are not notified of changes.
  • C.9.4.1.3 – In some cases, status messages are not presented in a way that assistive technologies can interpret without moving focus.
