Terms and Conditions of Sale

The object of these General Conditions of Sale is the remote sale (via Internet) of the products of ABSURD Group S.r.l.. Sales are governed by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005, and remote sales by Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003.

Sending an order by e-mail indicates acceptance of these general conditions of sale.


Prices of products - Availability of products - Delivery costs


All the prices of the products are indicated on the website and are inclusive of VAT. In the event of any changes to the VAT rate or other taxes on sale subsequent to the printing of the catalogue, prices shall be adjusted accordingly. Prices apply to Italy.

In the event a product ordered is temporarily unavailable, we will send part of the order, or replace the unavailable product.

The prices shown are those the customer will effectively be charged. Shipping costs paid in advance on behalf of the customer are shown on the order as a “fixed contribution”.

Customers will be issued with an invoice provided this is requested at the time of the order and that the customer’s VAT no. has been provided.




Customers may choose one of the following payment options

- C.O.D., meaning payment in cash upon delivery of the goods; in this case, a collection fee shall be charged for each order and indicated on said order.

- credit card: we accept the main Italian credit cards

- PayPal




The goods ordered will be delivered directly to the ground floor of the address indicated by the customer.

Goods are generally delivered within 7 working days from receipt of the order, and in any case within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the order.

ABSURD Group S.r.l. is responsible for the goods during transit. Responsibility is transferred to the customer upon delivery of the goods on the part of the carrier to which shipping has been entrusted by ABSURD Group S.r.l.




“ABSURD group S.r.l. guarantees its products in accordance with arts. 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code, and is liable for any defects of conformity of the products for two years from delivery”.


Right to cancel


In all cases, customers may exercise their right to cancel by sending the form attached, and provide for the return of the goods at their expense within 30 days (instead of 14, as established by law)*, using a simple ordinary postal package with an average cost of €10. Customers may also return a part of the order, using the dedicated form you will find in the parcel.

Within 14 days of receipt of the goods or proof that they have been dispatched, ABSURD Group S.r.l. shall refund the amount of the order, including standard delivery costs (excluding supplementary costs deriving from choices made by the customer), but reserves the right to suspend payment until it has received the goods or proof that they have been dispatched by the customer.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, with the exception of C.O.D. and PayPal, in which case the refund will be made by cheque or another means agreed upon with the customer. For partial returns, the shipping costs will be refunded proportionally.

Regardless of the rules governing guarantee and cancellation, customers are reminded that ABSURD Group S.r.l. offers a special “satisfied or your money back” guarantee, because customer satisfaction is our top priority.
