You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating any reason, within 30 days, and not only the 14 days established by law. The withdrawal period expires after 30 days from the date on which you, or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must explicitly inform us (Absurd Group S.r.l. Via Giosuè Carducci 8. 20123 Milan – servizioclienti@absurdbeauty.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract, for example by registered mail. You can do so using the standard withdrawal form in annex B, although this is not mandatory. To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient to send notification that you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

If you withdraw from this contract, all the payments you have made to us will be refunded, including delivery costs (with the exception of any supplementary costs applicable in the event you opted for a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery cost we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the receipt of the goods or proof that the goods have been shipped. Said refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, with the exception of cash on delivery and PayPal; in these cases, refunds will be made by cheque or using another method agreed upon with the customer. The refund may be suspended until we have received the goods, or until the consumer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, if earlier. Please return the goods to Absurd Group S.r.l., Via per Pollone 13 – 13900 Biella (BI), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your intention to withdraw from this contract. The deadline will be considered as having been met if you return the goods before the end of the 14-day period. Direct return costs will be paid by you. You are liable only for the loss of value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than as necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of said goods.
